CLASSROOM RESIDENCIES (Pre-K - Grade 12)  Bring a professional performer to your classroom! Opera offers curricular connections to nearly every subject area - including music, drama, history, social studies, literature, politics, science, visual arts, math and health. The opportunities for creating an engaging, interactive learning experiences through opera are endless! Opera Ignite's teaching artists are professionally trained in the Lincoln Center Aesthetic Education Model and the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts. We work with your academic needs to create an arts experience that is intergrated in your curriculum and leads your students to learning through their own natural creativity and curiosity. Bring us your ideas and we'll bring them to life! Participant limit: varies (typically 20-30 students) Workshop length: 30-60 minutes (recommended) Number of workshops: varies (typically 1-7) Fee: $55 per 30 minutes (Additional travel fee applied if outside 60-mile radius from Pittsburgh, PA.
